    Hello, I just renewed my licence for Affiliates Pro, but when I go to update in WordPress, it says ‘automatic update not available’. I have 65 affiliates so I don’t want to lose all their info – how do I update the plugin safely? Thanks! Fran

    I added my service key to the Itthinx Updates page and saved it, but the Affiliates Pro Plugin and WooCommerce Integration are still not updating automatically. They both still show that an automatic update is NOT available. What do I need to do?

  • Upgrade procedure

    What is the procedure for upgrading. I noticed there is no automatic ‘update now’ link under its description in the plugins list in wordpress admin and no ‘woothemes helper’ type plugin to allow automatic updates for licensed copies.
