    The text file is correct – I have added the queue line and it accepts it but it doesn’t import anything, I have ticked the box that says ‘create groups’ I have tried creating a group and adding the users to it, but still nothing is being read or imported. Image below of result.

    https://codex.wordpress.org/Taxonomies#Registering_a_taxonomy describes how to register a taxonomy. When I try to access groups as a taxonomy, it does not seem to be registered.     When I use shortcodes in groups to limit who can and can’t see content, I get infinite refreshes on pages using those short codes. Once I login to the site, it all works well, but until the user logs in it refreshes every few seconds. Any ideas on how to stop this behavior?
