    Hello I just purchased the pro version and it appeared to me that all my setting were “reset” – i don’t see any affiliate – my change in the registration setting rest is it normal? any way to get all my data back?

    Hello, Please supply me with the code to generate the new rates table. It does not create the table correctly when installing 3.0.0+ and the new rates do not work. I’ve deleted, re-installed, etc and it fails to auto update. I just need this darn table created and life should be peachy for me. Errors…
