Tag: affiliate pro contact form email

I am passing the affiliate id into a form that is submitted on my site using the method described here https://www.itthinx.com/topic/pass-affiliate-info-into-submitted-form/ I am needing to pass the affiliate into a field in my form also. What would I need to change in this code to make it pass the email instead of the affiliate ID?
