Zero amount

I’ve bought Affiliates Enterprise and install WooCommerce Integration already.
I set Rate by 0.01 with Currency is VND.
Then I make a test of purchasing a product, and the status of order is set to Complete, but amount in Referrals is zero.

Please explain what I do wrong?
