Your topic is pending review : Does Affiliates enterprise include any multi-level “spillover” feature?

Set the multilevel to be only 5 levels. Affiliates Enterprise includes any feature that allows after an affiliate reaches the maximum level limit established, automatically assign new affiliates to other affiliates who have not reached the maximum level limit established?

  1. Hey Raul,

Welcome back to our support forum.

Please allow me to mention some important details on how the tiered commissions and levels work.
The amount of Levels is fixed and helps the system to determine on the amount of tiered commissions to grant. Also, the Level counting depends on the OR and his/her affiliate tree.
    For example:
Let’s assume that you are using 2 Levels for simplicity reasons. In your system you have affiliate Raul who hasn’t been referred by another affiliate.
Then affiliate Raul refers affiliate George. The new affiliate George will be in Depth 1 of Raul.
Whenever Raul is credited with a referral, only Raul gets a commission.
Whenever George is credited with a referral, George gets the OR commission and Raul gets the commission set for Level 1.

For this same affiliates tree, George refers affiliate Mary.
After this registration, George is still in Depth 1 of Raul and Mary is in Depth 2 of Raul.
Also, Mary is in Depth 1 of George.

Whenever Mary is credited with a referral, Mary gets the OR commission.
George gets the commission set for Level 1.
Raul gets the commission set for Level 2.

    Then Mary refers affiliate Frank.
After this registration, Frank is in Depth 1 of Mary, Depth 2 of George and Depth 3 of Raul.
George is still in Depth 1 of Raul and Mary is in Depth 2 of Raul.

In turn Frank refers affiliate Bob.
After this registration, Bob is in Depth 1 of Frank, Depth 2 of Mary, Depth 3 of George and Depth 4 of Raul.

This time if Bob is credited with a referral, Bob gets the OR commission.
Frank gets the commission set for Level 1.
Mary gets the commission set for Level 2.
George and Raul get no commission.

Later on Raul refers another affiliate David.
After this registration, George and David are in Depth 1 of Raul and Mary is in Depth 2 of Raul.

Whenever David is credited with a referral, David gets the OR commission.
Raul gets the commission set for Level 1.
The rest of the affiliates get no commission.

In other words the amount of Levels used are related to the tiered commissions that will be granted. Each time a new referral is credited to an affiliate, the system will check the affiliates tree of the OR and give commissions to only those levels indicated that have a valid commission rate set.

Hope it makes more sense now, but if any of these points looks complicated, then you are more than welcome to follow-up on this thread.

    Kind regards,
    George
