wp_aff_rates table does not exist

by
Hi,
We recently upgraded to Affiliate Pro so that we could enter rates, however, it appears that upgrading from the free to pro version a table was not created to store the rates and as a result we are unable to create any rates.
It appears that I am having a similar issue to what is occurring in this thread:
Here is a relevant error log:
[client 2605:a000:4b8b:9100:e13f:aa24:f5c7:828e:16342] WordPress database error Table ‘wp_fudgeraiser.wp_aff_rates’ doesn’t exist for query INSERT INTO wp_aff_rates SET type = ‘rate’,value = ‘0.10’,description = ‘Default Rate’ /* From [fudgeraiser.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=affiliates-admin-rates] in [/nas/content/live/fudgeraiser/wp-content/plugins/affiliates-pro/lib/ext/wordpress/class-affiliates-database-wordpress.php:45] */ made by do_action(‘affiliates_page_affiliates-admin-rates’), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, call_user_func_array, Affiliates_Rates_WordPress::affiliates_admin_rates, Affiliates_Rates_Table::render, Affiliates_Rate->create, Affiliates_Database_WordPress->query, referer: https://fudgeraiser.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=affiliates-admin-rates&_wpnonce=dfa261e957&action=create-rate
If you could send me the queries needed to properly setup the table or provide any additional support that would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
Jon

Hey Jon that’s great, thanks for notifying me.
Cheers,

Hi George,
Thank you. Deleting and re-installing the plugin corrected the issue and we are now able to save rates.
Thanks!
Jon
Hi Jon,
Thanks for mentioning that issue. But may I ask since you upgraded and installed Affiliates Pro, did you always get that error, or did the Rates feature stop unexpectedly? The reason for asking is simply because there are plugins for WordPress that offer database optimisation features but eventually can delete database tables without any particular reason. An example is WP Optimize plugin but any other similar plugins that are able to alter or delete tables can have the same results and break your database producing such errors.
The easiest way to fix this, would be to deactivate and delete Affiliates Pro plugin and then reinstall it. Your Affiliates data will be kept intact as long as you don’t activate the option to Delete data under Affiliates > Settings.
Kind regards,
George
