hi i do not want a integration.
It is a bug when your plugin use the registration progress in a non wordpress confirmed way.
I’ve alreaded explained that there is no bug to my knowledge.
i need WP Antispam to avoid WP registration and WooCommerce registration Spam. So if you provide a solution (cookie and javascript based) for them too than we come to business.
@Julian just give them a one star rating at WordPress.org until it is fixed.
Sorry, as @itthinx says right now there isn’t an integration.
@Tobias Trying to force developers who provide their work to the community through unjustified ratings is called coercion and is going to get you nowhere.
I’ve got the same problem… the anti spam plug in is vital for me as I get 100’s of spam comments a day. Spam isn’t coming through the affiliate page but on posts.
Are there any more people who need this fixed?
Or is there another solution other than disabling WP-SpamShield and manually deleting spam comments?
The Recaptcha integration I’ve mentioned will work fine.
Here is the answer from wp-spamshield CEO:
Hi Tobias,
Ok, I see. I just tried it that way and get the same error. It is clear now. If the person has already registered for a WordPress account (separate from the Affiliate signup) and then they go to the affiliate signup it will work. If they do not have a WordPress account, and signup through the Affiliate page it will not work.
Unfortunately this is not something I can fix…this is a flaw in the Affiliate plugin. They are incorrectly using the WordPress login/registration system, and they are doing it in a way that bypasses some of the functionality.
WordPress has a framework with a system of hooks that we can plug code into. If another plugin alters that, there is nothing plugin authors can do to fix it.
They have taken shortcuts with the code. WP-SpamShield correctly hooks into the WordPress registration process, which is why it works on the wp-login.php page. Unfortunately the author of the plugin is going to need to fix this. There is nothing I can do on my end. They way they have coded it, it will cause problems when used with many registration spam protection plugins.
I’m sorry I don’t have a better answer, but I hope that helps.

any news on this topic?
i need WP-SpamShield for blocking login of spam user registration bots.
WP-SpamShield is working on all registration/logins so also on yours please improve to work with WP-SpamShield please.
Hi Tobias, sorry for the late reply, I’ve just posted on your previous comment.
sorry not a solution for me.
Spam comes through WP registration.
WP Antispam Plugin is working well on WP 4.0 and WooCommerce 2.2.6.
Howto change your plugin to work also with WP Antispam plugin?
Hi Tobias, we currently have no integration with that plugin and no plans to do it either. I would recommend to use the ReCaptcha solution for this part, or you could base a solution for WP Antispam based on the code for ReCaptcha if you prefer it.
Seems to be a conflict with this plugin, thanks for the feedback.
If you have spam throw affiliates registration form, you can use Affiliates ReCaptcha plugin.
cheers
