Woosubscription – Amount commission doesn’t automatically apply

Hello,
I have one affiliate bringing new subscribers, but every time a referral is made the commission is not automatically applied to it.
instead its written nothing in the amount category and the currency is noted as GBP when it should be RON.
Product is a 39.99£ subscription where affiliate gives a one month for free coupon to the client.
when the order is placed the referral is created but doesn’t take into account the rate I’ve set for it..

Can you please provide us with temporary admin access to your site -preferrably a staging one- in order to perform some tests on your installation?

Hey Sam,

Thanks for the info and for the screenshot. Also, a screenshot of your rates table would be more than helpful here, or temp admin credentials as I mentioned on my previous reply. Once this support session is over, you can safely delete that temp admin account.

Regarding WP debugging, edit your wp-config.php file and do the following:
Replace this line:  
define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );

with these lines: 
define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );

  Hello I’m not that qualified in technical stuff really..
  Also I’ve seen that after enabling the creation of referral on user registration through the ” Enable the WooCommerce customer registration integration ” it gives the correct values of currency (RON) and amount (here “0”), this problem then seems only to be the referral on orders,
  Does that help?
  I can send you screenshots of everything on your mail maybe?

The rate is an AMOUNT set as 10 for my affiliate, object is the subscription in question and integration is WooCommerce.

the version of the WooCommerce integration is the last (I installed it one week ago).

Hi Sam,

Can you please share some info on your rate and plugins?
What are the details of the rate you have set for referrals? It would be better to share the rates table( under Affiliates > Rates ) and the details for the rate applying to referred orders.
Also, what is the version of Affiliates WooCommerce integration currently installed on your site? In case it is not installed, you should first install Itthinx Updates plugin, put your license key in its settings and then go to Affiliates > Settings and under Integrations tab, install and activate WooCommerce.
