Woocommerce integration and affiliate links not working

I downloaded the Affiliates Pro plugin and connected it to WooCommerce. I also followed the instructional video on how to create an affiliate dashboard and get links for affiliates.

I didn’t have any issues getting everything set up. However, when I signed up to test it, I was able to see the registration and the link only once. Once I got out of that page and tried to “log in” to the dashboard again, I couldn’t get to it. Also, the affiliate links don’t seem to actually work and point to the products that were added in WooCommerce. Please note: I do not have registration pending issues or caching either as I have checked for this and

Is there a more detailed tutorial, or someone who can help with the setup on the backend?

    Hi Chonce,

    Many thanks for choosing Affiliates Pro as your affiliate marketing tool.

    What happens now when you try to login to the Dashboard? Is there a message you get, a redirect or a NOT FOUND? The user credentials you used belong to an existing affiliate, is there an affiliate entry mapped to that user under Affiliates > Manage Affiliates?

    Of course we can further assist you with that situation but for this we need to check your website on both front- and back-end. You may send temp admin credentials to george at itthinx dot com, mention the topic title or link in the message and also enable WP debugging.

    To enable debugging, edit your wp-config.php file and replace this line: 

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );

    with these lines:

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );

    All messages will be stored in wp-content/debug.log file.
