Hello Kento, I just picked up Affiliates Enterprise specifically because I would like to go tier in the future. For now I’m looking to just do a basic 1 tier referral tracking. A couple of questions:
1) Is there a plugin to adapt Authorize.net instead of using Paypal?
2) I would like to have new members pay a 1 time Fee and then a monthly recurring of that fee. How can I capture this in the referral process? Do I have to make them 2 different items in the cart?
Example scenerio:
1) Charge of $267 will appear like this. 1 time charge of $200 and $67 will be recurring.
Thanks
Hi Cesar,
#1 The integration works with any of the payment gateways as it is tied into the order process, so you’re not limited to PayPal.
#2 If you use WooCommerce Subscriptions, referrals on recurring payments are credited to the affiliate who referred the initial order. For your example, the $200 setup fee and $67 recurring fee would be sold as one subscription item and then commissions are applied if the purchase was referred.
Cheers
I’ll pass this on to the developer
My developer is having problems installing this in my wordpress / woocommerce site, how does he do this?
Please provide some details on the problems you have. Also make sure you have both Affiliates Pro and the integration plugin installed and activated. Also the Setup section in the documentation is helpful for a quick start.
To try it out, create a test affiliate, visit the affiliate’s link and place an order. If all is ok, you will see a referral has been added in the Affiliates > Referrals section.
Make sure you have set up things correctly before testing, in case you haven’t looked at the documentation yet, see the Setup section first.
