Woocommerce – Affiliates Pro – Not tracking referrals

I have woocommerce and affiliates pro. We have tried 3 transactions, non of which resulted in a referral. The integration plug in is active. I can see visits tied to affiliates, but it is not recording referrals. I have the referral rate method set. I show 6 “hits” and 1 “visit”. Where do we go from here?
