where do i “wrap” the [affiliates_by_username] shortcode

im sorry but i really struggle with the documentation from these plugins i am new to wordpress and do not understand half the infomation. im sure im not the only one who required step by step noddy guides? can someone please help me and advide where i place the shortcodes to actually get this working?

  5. hi thanks for that i have done this but the issue i have now is that it does not direct to the home page for example
    http://werkit.co/?me=laura-shinn takes me to the blog?
    http://werkit.co/?me=1 take me to the homepage 1 being my affiliate id

    how do i get http://werkit.co/?me=laura-shinn to direct to the home page like http://werkit.co/?me=1

  6. Hi Laura,

    If you haven’t already, you can create an affiliate area page where you can render information for your affiliates. This page can be generated in Affiliates>Settings>Pages and press the Generate button.
    In that page you can use the shortcode any many other shortcodes described in the documentation. ie you can use [affiliates_by_username][affiliates_url][/affiliates_by_username]

    If there is anything else you can search the forum for similar topics and if not, you are welcome to start a new topic.
