Visits & Referrals Empty in Admin

We have two admin users on our WordPress site with Woocommerce and Affiliates Pro installed. The Affiliates Pro plugin appears to be tracking visits and referrals correctly. Both users can see data in the “Referrals” tab for completed sales. However, in the dashboard one of our admins sees no data in “Visits & Referrals” or “Affiliates & Referrals” tabs while the other admin sees hits and referrals and such in the listing. Both users are set to administrator with the same level in WordPress and the access levels are all checked in Affiliates Pro options for administrators. Any idea what is going on? How should I troubleshoot this?

  1. Hi,

I’ve installed the plugin and the hits tracking works correctly but as soon as I complete a test purchase that comes from an affiliate link the referral is not tracked. Do you know what can be wrong?

    Thanks.

    1. Hi Dario,

You most probably haven’t activated the integration plugin. Please check if you have installed and activated the integration plugin for your e-commerce system. If you have already checked that, please post a new topic and provide a link to the site.

      Cheers

    Hi,
if both users have ‘administrator’ role then they should see the same.
Be sure you have the filters in Affiliates->Visits&Referrals and Affiliates->Affiliates&Referrals empty (maybe you have some field filled)
    cheers
