User Registration with Gravity Forms

Hello, I’ve been following the instructions to use Gravity Forms Registration for Affiliates.

Gravity Forms

I have installed Affiliates Pro 2.8.6 & Gravity Forms V1.9.9 with Gravity Forms User Registration Add-On V2.3.

When I create a new form for user registration I do not see the ‘Affiliates’ option under Form Settings.

I have attempted to stop all plugins and test but still I do not see the ‘Affiliates’ option in Gravity Forms.

Is there anything you can suggest I do to enable this?

    Thanks for the access. The integration plugin is not installed. Please follow the indications given here:
