User redirecting to login

Whenever I am browsing the affiliate user panel I am redirected to the (login) page.

This happens in different panel options, that is, (sometimes in traffic, sometimes in earnings, profile, etc.) simply go to the login page.

In this example, when it happens, I press (LOGIN) and I can enter the dashbord again, other times I can’t and open it in (REGISTER) and then I am redirected to the panel again.

In some cases it just falls and even re-logging in I can’t access the information.

Here is a video with an example:

  1. Hi Júlia,

    May I have a look at your hosting server control panel as well please?
    The results are still not consistent and I believe that the cache is still affecting the content and output rendered.

    Cheers,
    George

  2. Hi Júlia,

    Sorry for keeping you waiting I wanted to test all your pages, the one using only the shortcode and the set of pages build with Elementor on different browsers but as it seems the issue is related only to the page created using Elementor. Unless there is a caching service running directly from your hosting server at the moment, then this is solely related to Elementor builder, perhaps you should also reach their support channel and mention that issue, where even if a user is authenticated, the login form keeps appearing.

    Kind regards,
    George

      Apparently it occurs on the default page generated by the plug:

      / affiliate-area /

      at least when logging in, the affiliate is not redirected to the panel.

      regarding the cache, we do, but when the error started (we disabled it) it was the first thing to separate.

  3. Hi Júlia, thanks for providing access to your Dashboard.

    Please check under Affiliates > Manage Affiliates where a valid username was used but the corresponding email address for that user was wrong and an exclamation appeared [!] but now it’s fixed. If you keep your affiliate registrations closed, then please make sure to either use valid data when inserting new ones ( existing usernames and their matching email address ), or use only valid usernames as the instruction recommends.

    Kind regards,
    George

      Even after deleting users with the wrong email, the error continues:

    Hello, George, I asked you some questions and did not receive any answer, and I did not know the reason. I should appreciate it and search the pages and reached to solve some problems, but there are some things that I could not solve on my own because I use the Google translation and there are some words that are not well understood. As for my only question, how do we pay the customer a commission He calculates it manually, and how does he recover the commission from his account when I want to pay him in cash and thank you

    1. Hi Said,

      The commissions to affiliates can be paid only manually and also you can generate a mass payment file under Affiliates > Totals which can be used in payment gateways that support it, ie PayPal, and send the payments in bulk. Regarding the second part, if you choose to pay your affiliate in cash, then the referral should be marked as Closed, by editing the referral and changing the status to Closed. This will help the administrator figure out that this commission has been paid. Using the shortcode http://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates-pro/shortcodes/dashboard/affiliates_dashboard_referrals/ in page can show an affiliate the commissions received per referral and also there are indicators to show which have been paid or not.

      I would kindly ask you if you need further assistance with the plugin, to start a new topic and ask your questions there, which will help us handle your case exclusively and will keep the forum tidy. On your previous comment I have replied asking for details but didn’t receive any follow-up from you.

      Kind regards,
      George

  10. Hi Júlia,

    Welcome to our support channel and many thanks for using our affiliate marketing tool on your site.

    Thanks for sharing the video from your site, I have visited the affiliate dashboard myself and on my first visit when I tried to access the registration form, an advertisement popup appeared and instead of the registration form I’m seeing a message to use the login form to register which is not correct.

    Please check your activated plugins and if you’re using an add-on that is handling redirects, then temp deactivate it and check once more if the dashboard works properly. Otherwise start disabling all of them one-by-one until you reach the plugin that is conflicting. Also, it would be useful if you enable WP debugging so that if something is wrong on your site any possible issues will be saved in wp-content/debug.log file which afterwards you can check to find out the root of the problem.

    As a reminder, you can enable WP Debugging if you edit your wp-config.php file and replace this line:

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );

    with these lines:

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );

    You may follow-up here with your findings.

    Kind regards,
    George
