Uploading Affiliate logos
—
by
Hi Guys!
My client using your Affiliates Pro plugin asked if we can add an affiliates logo to their store page. I use the shortcodes to display information about affiliates to shoppers who use their links. (ex. https://dipdiphooray.org/?fund=43 – “Lambda Kappa Sigma” is the organization name they registered with and “October 22, 2022” is the date they entered during registration)
I currently use your basic registration form to collect information. If I used ninja forms where you can upload images during registration and matched that field to one of your affiliate fields, would I be able to call it through the use of shortcodes?
If there’s another way to accomplish this, let me know.
It’s ok if it’s not possible. I had to ask! Thanks!

Awesome! Thanks for the directions on how to accomplish this! I’ll get it implemented in the next few days and circle back if I run into any issues.
Thanks again!

Hi Erica,
Good morning and happy mid-week!
First, please allow me to apologize for the delayed response to your inquiry. Please forgive me.
Thank you so much for choosing and using our Affiliate system. It brings us great joy to know we have you as our valued customer.
Regarding your inquiry, yes, it is possible to use it via the shortcode. Here’s how to about it:
Considering you’ve already created the Ninja Form, please take note of the ID of the form which you used for affiliate registration. In addition to this, please ensure the File Upload field you used for the Affiliate logo has its Save to Server option enabled in the form settings and that the field is mapped in Affiliates Registration Field Mapping to the corresponding field you created within Affiliate Registration Form.
In this case let’s assume you added a field called affiliate_image in Affiliates > Settings > Registration > Affiliate Registration Form. And your Ninja Form Affiliate Registration form is 3.

Hence, on your page: https://dipdiphooray.org you would add the following code to get the image of the referring affiliate:
* https://pastebin.pl/view/7abe2336
Where 3 in the code snippet here is the ID of the Ninja Form and ninja-form is the folder Ninja Form creates when you upload a file via their form and enabled the Save to Server setting.
You can read more about the referrer shortcode here:

Eugen.
