Upgrade to Paypal integration

I purchased affiliates pro and i have a shopping function integrated in my site; no pay pal button on the site, rather it is built into the theme. I do not see a way to track payments made so my assumption is i have to upgrade to paypal integration? Can you tell me if it possible to upgrade without spending another $50? I do not want to pay just for referrals – i want to pay for actual payments made through the site.

    you can see a coupon to upgrade to integration in your downloads page (pro2pack)
