Updating the Affiliates core FAILED.

I have this error at the top of my wordpress admin area. I have the latest version of 2.11.0 and I have re-applied the plugin twice now and that error will not go away. Please advise.

    Sorry, deleting that entry does not change the message. It’s still there.

      Hi Rick,
      Please try to disable and enable after eliminating the entry.
      if you run this sql query
      SELECT * FROM wp_options WHERE option_name ='affiliates_pro_plugin_version'
      what is the result you get? (replace wp_ with your installations table prefix).
      If this doesn’t work, you can send us dashboard admin access to support at itthinx dot com and we’ll have a look at your settings (please make a full backup before and indicate this topic in the email).

    It is usually an error in the version stored in the database.
    Please have a look at the @george’s solution.
