Hello, i have tried to update the affiliates pro plugin but no way, it says “updated failed: update package not available”. How to solve the problem?, thanks Fabio

    Thank you so much for reaching out and for choosing our affiliate system.

    With regards to your inquiry, please do the following:

    Please can you confirm you’ve installed version Affiliates Pro v4.13.0, as this is the latest version of the plugin?

    Secondly, please download and install Itthinx Updates, you can download it here – right-click the link and choose Save as …, then navigate to Plugins > Add New > Upload and upload the file. Activate the Itthinx Updates plugin and enter your service key.

    You can find your service key here

    Once you’ve inputted your service key, you can then enable auto-updates for the Affiliates Pro plugin.
