Unable to update categories plugin

We have a subscription for Groups Restrict Categories and have entered the service key, however when we attempt an update we get an error “An error occurred while updating Groups Restrict Categories: Update package not available.”

    Welcome to our support channel and many thanks for using our tools on your site.

    Can you please check the Troubleshooting section of Itthinx Updates plugin found here:
    – https://docs.itthinx.com/document/itthinx-updates/

    The issue you described with updating can also relate to problems connecting to the itthinx server and if you enable WP Debugging, it is quite possible that you will find additional hints on this matter.
    As a reminder and in order to enable debugging you need to edit your wp-config.php file and replace this line:
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );
    with these lines
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );

    Last but not least, you can always visit the Downloads section and download a copy of the plugin’s latest version.
