Unable to update ‘affiliates woocommerce integration’ plugin

I renewed my Affiliates Pro plugin to v4.5.0 and attempted to update the WooCommerce Integration plugin which failed. The “Affiliates WooCommerce Integration” plugin is still on v1.5.0 and does not show any further updates even though it was previously showing v3.2.0.

I can’t seem to find any links to access the files anywhere else so can you send me the files via email or let me know of another way to get hold of the files.
