Unable to install integrations

The email address associated with my account is david at sundevilit dot com. We purchased a copy of the Enterprise edition yesterday and installed the service key and the tiers addon. We have been unable to install the integration for woocommerce or any of the other integrations. Is it possible to receive the files physically so we can manually install them?
