Unable to install Affiliate Pro

Have just purchase Affiliate Pro but have been unable to install. I have followed advice from Support and Readme file but i continue to get the message;

“Unpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.
Plugin install failed.”

I have installed several Plugins on my site but never had this problem previously.

    Success. Had to delete free version

    That was tried several times.
    I have seen documents installing free version but not Pro.

      please try redownload the plugin, maybe the file is corrupt.
      if you want, you can send us dashboard admin access to support at itthinx dot com, and we’ll take a look.

    Hi,
    You must unzip the downloaded file first as it contains the plugins to install and installation instructions. Have a look to support section.
