Unable to import affiliates member

We deleted all affiliate members and then re-imported. When I import data, it is always unsuccessful, and the error is displayed as shown:

The above picture shows the missing email, but the imported information is registered for affiliates and the email address is also correct. Please help me how to solve this problem, thanks!

    Thank you so much for using Affiliates Enterprise. It brings us so much joy.

    It would seem to be a problem in the import file’s formatting. Here’s a copy of a proper file format to use ( affiliates-import-example 3). You would simply need to replace the entries to match yours.

    More specifically, look at the Column Declaration section and the affiliates-import-example 3
