Trouble getting the visits and referrals to track correctly

I am having trouble getting the visits (and subsequently, referrals) to track correctly.
I have the latest version of WooCommerce with Affiliates Pro (4.12.0) and the Affiliates WooCommerce Integration (3.7.0) plugins installed.
Issue: When I land on a WooCommerce category page (e.g. site.com/books?refid=1), Affiliates Pro tracks the traffic to the correct affiliate. However, if I navigate from that page to another WooCommerce category page or to a product page, it stops tracking and any purchase made is not credited to the affiliate.
Issue: Also, if I land directly on a product page (e.g. site.com/books/book-title?refid=1), the traffic — and any purchase referral — is not captured by Affiliates Pro at all.

    Hi Daniel,

Good morning. I trust you are well and safe!

Thank you so much for reaching out and for using our Affiliates system.

With regards to your inquiry, sometimes Anti-Spam, Ad blockers, and Caching plugins can interfere with the system’s ability to recognize affiliate links. Please can you share a link to the site and if possible admin logins to the site. I would love to take a closer look and check if the affiliate cookie is registered.

For security reasons, please send login credentials here; eugen [at] itthinx [dot] com and not in the comments.

I remain available and eager to help resolve this issue for you.

STAY SAFE and I wish you a very fine and productive day ahead!
    Best,
    Eugen.

Thank you so much for exercising patience whilst I looked into this issue.

After checking your setup, I noticed your affiliate cookies are properly registered and there are referrals that were also made. Please see the screenshot below:
