Tracking Payouts

In AP, how do I “clear” affiliate payouts, that is, see the difference between what they have earned and what I have paid out? How do I track that I have paid out anything?

    Hi,

    You can use the Totals section for that, keep in mind that paid referrals are marked as Closed and that referrals that yet need to be paid are in Accepted status. So the total amount that you have yet to paid is gathered by the total for Accepted referrals and the totals for Closed referrals reflect what you have paid.
