    Hello,
    Thanks for reaching us!
This error suggests there is a redirection issue, which is perhaps caused by a third-party plugin, e.g., one that handles SEO, SSL or even caching.
One thing to try would be going to Settings > General in the Dashboard and changing your WordPress and Site Address there to match the actual address of your site.
Be on the lookout especially for the “www” prefix – if the address is written without it, then add it, Save and check again. Same if there is a “www” preceding the URL already – remove it and see if it works like that. Make sure that you don’t leave a trailing slash at the end of your URL like http://www.example.com/
If this doesn’t help, then try finding the plugin that’s causing the misbehaviour – deactivate all the plugins you have installed and check if the issue is gone. If yes, then start activating plugins one by one, checking for redirects in-between. Once the issue appears again, the last plugin that you activated is the culprit and we can start working from there.
If the issue doesn’t disappear, then perhaps it would be best if you provided temporary admin and FTP access to your website, so I can take a look at the install and further debug the issue. You can send the credentials to our email at help [at] itthinx [dot] com.
    Cheers,
    Denitsa
