tiers operating, sales recorded, commissions not showing or calculated

Hi,

No commissions are being calculated right now.

I set a three tier compensation (20%,10% and 5%) for a monthly subscription with an s2member integration. I ran the first test signing up DavidTest2a, then DavidTest3a underneath 2a, and DavidTest4a under 3a. (all from the same IP, with different emails.)

I made a $.60 subscription purchase by DavidTest4a. I’m seeing a referral record for the purchase itself by DavidTest4a and referral records for Tier 1 and Tier 2 (Direct is getting Tier 3)… all show that the transaction was accepted and the .60 purchase price shows.

But no commission is showing up in the amount column for anyone.

Under settings > default referral rate… I have it set to “none”. Does it need to be one of the other 3 choices? I thought possibly the fact that I activated tiers over rides this function. What am I missing?

Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I made screen shots of the logs for this transaction from the referral segment of the dashboard, if seeing them would help.
