Tiers does not count payment for affiliates

I upgraded to Enterprise because I need tiers.

I set up 2 tiers and registered affiliate 1 and affiliate 2.
I put the affiliate 2 below the affiliate 1.
I made a test purchase on the site using the affiliate link 2 to see how it would be to compute the values for both affiliate 1 and affiliate 2.
Good, no value appeared for them and is set in Tiers 0.05% for 1 and 0.02% for 2.

    That’s great.

    Tier levels have to do with an affiliate’s referrers.
    Assume we have the following use case.
    Affiliate A registers as affiliate.
    If Affiliate A refers Affiliate B and Affiliate B refers Affiliate C the following relations are created:

    Whenever Affiliate C has a new referral:
    1) Affiliate C will get a commission based on your commission setting under Affiliates > Settings > Commissions.
    2) Affiliate B will get a commission based on Level 1 rate.
    3) Affiliate A will get a commission based on Level 2 rate.

    Whenever Affiliate B has a new referral:
    1) Affiliate B will get a commission based on your commission setting under Affiliates > Settings > Commissions.
    2) Affiliate A will get a commission based on Level 1 rate.

    Whenever Affiliate A has a new referral:
    1) Affiiate A will get a commission based on your commission setting under Affiliates > Settings > Commissions.
    No tiered commissions will be granted.

    Hope the above explains the tiers system even better.

    Thank you. It’s working now.
    I have a doubt; why does not the affiliate level 2 inherit the commission set in Level 2 from the Level Rates page?

    Hi William,

    Thanks for providing the screenshots from your site.

    What is your setting for commissions? What is the amount you chose to grant to your affiliates?
    In your case, affiliate 2 should be granted a commission based on the setting in Affiliates > Settings, under Commissions tab and affiliate 1 should be granted the rate set under Tiers level 1 rate.
