I’ve checked all the settings on the tiers section of affiliate enterprise, but i cant seem to get the sale to be credited to any level of the tier after a purchase is made. Only the referring affiliate receives credit. I’ve also bought affiliate permanent, hoping that was the issue. But now i’m not sure if that was the right thing to do?

    Hi Taunya,

    Please check once more that “Enable multi-tiered referrals” is enabled under Affiliates>Tiers. Settings for tiers can be saved even if tiers are not enabled in general.

    Also, please have a look at the troubleshooting section and Tiers with Affiliates Enterprise and Affiliates Permanent in our documentation.
