Theme Compatibility?

I am currently using Storefront as a theme. I attempted to use Themify and your affiliate plugin failed. I have been having other problems with Storefront. I am wondering if you have a list of themes that are compatible with your affiliate plugin?

    Hi Bob,

    I’m afraid at the moment we don’t have a representative in these regions, would it be possible for you to send us a copy of Themify alongside with some screenshots of the end result which doesn’t suit on your case? In case you’re using a Child Theme please make sure to also include it and send them all to george at itthinx dot com mentioning the Topic title in the mail subject.

    Hi George,

    Thanks for the feedback. I would love to get themify up on that URL. I use the theme on most of my sites for a number of reasons. You say a “minor CSS tweak.” How would I go about getting that?

    My site currently runs on Storefront and am having some problems with the look because it is pretty basic.

    My wordfence blocks most countries unless you have a US or Canadian customer service person.

    Thanks for reaching support.

    In general, Affiliates plugins should work with all the themes available for WordPress. Especially Storefront is one of the themes that we use perhaps on a daily basis and the front-end for Affiliate area page and Affiliates Dashboard is normal. Regarding Themify although I haven’t used it before I would only expect it to need a few minor CSS tweaks.

    Would it be possible for you to share your site URL so that we can have a look and inspect your situation more closely? If the issues involve the look-n-feel of Affiliates Dashboard or Affiliate area page, then you’re welcome to create an affiliate account using my personal email address, george at itthinx dot com.
