The system asked by signing in to accept the terms, but there is no checkbox

When signing up, the following message appear:
‘you need to accept the affiliate terms’

But there is no checkbox in the form!?

I add the shortcode to the form, so underneath the signing up form is now stated:
By signing up, you indicate that you have read and agree to the Affiliatie voorwaarden.

So it would be not necessary for a customer to check any box or something?

    Hi Barbara,

You are welcome, I appreciate your feedback.

This is probably a missing translation because the checkbox is rendered automatically.

If you try to register through this https://www.hsp-webshop.nl/wp-login.php?action=register
    the message is the same.

Please check the GDPR Framework plugin translation for missing strings, but if you need further assistance on this, don’t hesitate to contact me here or with a new topic in our forum.

Regarding the second again here is a missing translation. But as I mentioned on my comment, IMO it’s better to hide this because you show twice a privacy policy message to your visitors. You can disable this by removing the attribute terms_post_id from the [affiliate_registration terms_post_id=””] shortcode. In other words use just this [affiliates_registration].

    Cheers,
    George

    Hi George,

So many thanks for your quick reply and action.
I activated the plugin and it works! : )

The check box is now for the Privacy Policy
So the terms of affiliate is oké underneath this check box, because this is for different terms, namely the affiliate terms (different than the privacy policy).

I also reply the email for some tiny notice.

    Have a nice day!

    Hi Barbara,

I have just sent you Affiliates GDPR Framework integration as I mentioned before, in the email address you used on checkout.

You should upload, install and activate the plugin. After that your affiliates will see a checkbox right after the registration form.
Also, I would recommend you to remove the terms_post_id attribute from [affiliates_registraion] shortcode in order to avoid repetitions.

    Kind regards,
    George

      1. Hi Artjom,

Sure, but please note that this integration is only compatible with The GDPR Framework plugin.

        Cheers,

    You are welcome Barbara,

The plugin that renders the error message is GDPR Framework.

At the moment I’m preparing a plugin to integrate it with our Affiliates plugin. Once it is ready I will send it to you and notify you.

    Cheers,
    George

    Hi Barbara,

Yes during affiliates registration the new user doesn’t need to check any box.
From what you describe, it seems to me that there is another plugin indicating terms condition to be enabled.

Can you please share your affiliate area page and also send me temp admin access to george@itthinx.com? I think it’s better for me to have a closer look.

    Kind regards,
    George
