The plugin Affiliate Pro create BIG bugs on my wordpress admin installation

Hello,

I bought the plugin months ago.
Last month I wanted to use it and I uploaded the plugin 2.4.2 on my worpdress 3.7, it looked like working, but in fact the administration panel “…/wp-admin/index.php” was inaccessible.

So, I desactived it and the website worked again.

Today, I tried again with the 2.5 released of Affiliate Pro on my wordpress 3.8
But, it worst !?
All the administration panels were completely inacessible with the message :
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 100663296 bytes exhausted… (everywere and everytime).

Of course, I looked in my config.php and my allowed memory size was 64M.
I thought that it was enough, but I increased it to 96M to try and nothing work.
I did verification on my database, repair and optimization, but nothing works !

Finally, I stopped and I deactivated the plugin with a delete of all the files by my Web FTP access !!!
And I recovered the admin panel.

My wordpress installation is clean, my database also and my website work properly.
So, what’s happen with your plugin ???

I’m very frustrated because I bought the plugins for nothing at this time.
I really hope that you can help me to make run your plugin Affiliate Pro.

Regards
Joachim

  1. Hi,

This has nothing to do with the plugin, you simply need to raise the memory limit for PHP. This is a very common error when the available memory is exhausted (as the error message says).

    Try setting

    memory_limit = 128M

    in your php.ini.
