The affiliates Log in Form is not showing up

I used the generate page option for the affiliate area. Everything is showing up except the log in form. It says “Please log in to access affiliate area” but there is no log in form. The registration form is showing up though. It appears the the shortcode [affiliates_login_redirect] is not working on my site. Please advise.

      Maybe you are visiting the page as a logged user, so you see only the join in form.
