the affiliate links don’t work

hi there,

i have set the affiliates id.. someone registered through it but it shows as direct…

how can i fix this ?

A referral registered through affiliate id 2 but it shows as direct

This is the message:
“A referral has been credited to the affiliate Direct (ID 1)”

how can i make it work ?
