Testing with Amount $0…Should it work?

Hello,

Can I have some help on this: Please…I am doing some test. I have Woocommerce membership installed. My services/products cost $0. When I assign a referral by clicking on the referral link, I only see the number of hits but the Statistics Summary/Referrals remains blank. Status – / Amount – / Count –
Is it normal?

    Hi Raine,

    Thanks for providing access to your Dashboard, even though I’ve successfully referred a sale, it won’t show up under Affiliates > Referrals and also your site gives a critical error which you should definitely address. This error first occurred once I tried to edit an affiliate but you will find further details on your debug.log file located in wp-content folder. If you need further assistance with the debug.log, then please send me a copy to my email address.

    Hi Raine,

    I think it’s better to have a look at your Dashboard, for this please send us temp admin credentials to george at itthinx dot com. I would like to check your setup in the backend and also have a look at the debug.log once you enable WP debugging.

    To enable debugging, edit your wp-config.php file and replace this line: 

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );

    with these lines:

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );

    All logs will be stored in your site’s root folder under wp-content/debug.log file.

    Hi Raine,

    Welcome to our support forum and many thanks for using our affiliate marketing tools on your site.

    When referring an order with a zero net sale amount, you should normally see a referral with a 0 amount granted to the respectful affiliate.
    Please make sure that you have installed and activated Affiliates WooCommerce Integration Light, for Affiliates free edition, or Affiliates WooCommerce premium integration through your Dashboard under Affiliates > Settings > Integrations.

      Thank you George,
      Affiliates Woocommerce Integration Light was not activated. I have activated it. Indeed it is still not working. I have assign a new referral using the respectful affiliate link and make the referral buy a subscription. But nothing Referral remains 0 and Amount 0 also.
      I am using WordPress 5.6.2, WooCommerce Version 3.9.2, Affiliates WooCommerce Light 4.5
      WooCommerce Admin 4.7.0, WooCommerce Memberships Version 1.17.1
