Is there a way to tag a Woocommerce invoice as being referred by an Affiliate manually after the order comes in?

    Hi Aaron,

    That would depend on the plugin you are using for invoices, if it supports custom tags or notes.
    Please let me know which one you are using, so that i can have a look too.

    Also, you can add a note to an order when editing it, if it fits your configuration. This note is availiable in the orders overview if you mouseover the sixth column.
