Switch Affiliate Enterprise to Affiliate Pro

Hi Itthinx,

I bought Affiliate Enterprise a few months back to use with restrict content pro and the bridge in between that pippin built. I just found out today that the bridge only works with affiliates pro and not affiliate Enterprise.

I was just wondering if it i possible for me to change the affiliate enterprise license to two affiliate pro licenses?

    @Pippin You can apply this patch to update the plugin in the repository.

    I’ve rewritten the integration plugin, the referral petition point wasn’t done at the right time and thus referrals would always be credited to Direct.

    Please download Version 1.1 and replace the old version of the integration plugin.

    I’ll post an update on this on Pippin’s page as well.

    The above version works with any of the Affiliates plugins, for those who are using the plain Affiliates plugin, please make sure to set the commission rate as outlined in the plugin’s main file and the readme.txt included in the plugin’s folder.

    I’m closing this topic as with this version any issues addressed here are resolved.

    Yes that’s correct.

    It was pippin who told me that it did not. Currently we are unable to record referrals with the plugin. If it is RCP affiliate addon or affiliate enterprise it self that is causing the issue I am unawear of.

      What’s going on Kento? We are in a hurry to get this plugin to work… a few months has passed since we bought the plugin and we can still not get it to record referrals.

      Who should I contact to get the support? or Who should I contact to get the plugin that we bought to work?

    I’ve had a look at the plugin and there’s no reason why it shouldn’t work. It’s the same API and from what I’ve seen it works with Pro and Enterprise.

    PS I’ll review the integration in any case, it should check for Pro or Enterprise and if it complains about Pro missing, I’ll update it so it takes Enterprise into account as well.

    Hi,

    The integration works with Affiliates Pro and Enterprise, there’s no difference in that sense. You can use it with Pro or Enterprise.

    We can’t exchange the license, basically a system limitation, otherwise I’d be happy to grant that.
