Subscription got suspended as soon as purchased

After someone brought subscription they don’t get assign to the group they brought and the status become “suspended” but I got the money they paid.So I try to use sandbox and the status become “inactive” I’ve tried to recheck ipn and everything but the problem still persist, please help

    Hi,

    We’ll be happy to help you further if this is still an issue. Please also make sure that the IPN is actually received and there are no errors in the server logs. Even when using sandbox, if it’s over https with an invalid security certificate it will fail.
