subscription and affiliate earnings not working

Hi.

I tried to register my friend using my affiliate link. Then she was registered. Using her account, I tried to buy for subscription the manual way. When I checked my earnings, it does not show that I earned from her purchase. How come?

Also my link referral was not shown in her account.

Please advise.

    I am using woocommerce subscription.. had it installed.. also the affiliate woocommerce…

      Hi Lloyd,
      Please check if from Affiliates->Woocommerce Integration you have enabled the recurring referrals option and a limit.
      If the problem persists, you can send me dashboard admin access to antonio[at]itthinx[dot]com and I’ll have a look at your settings.

    Hi Lloyd,
    Please check from Affiliates->Visits & Referrals if the visit is registered.
    What system are you using for subscriptions?, please check if you have the corresponding integration installed.
