Store wide commission for all affiliates

Hi, we are trying to set up this plugin, in conjunction with Affiliates Permanent, to apply commission rates for any order placed by a user that has an affiliate assigned to them. I am not seeing a way to set this, nor did I find anything in the documentation. Is this possible to do with these plugins?

    I trust you are well and safe! Thank you so much for patronizing our plugins all these years. It brings us great joy to know we have you our valued customer.

    If I understand your request properly, you would love to have affiliates credited when users they are assigned to place orders? If yes, you would simply have to:

    * Simply set up a rate by navigating to Affiliates -> Rates
    * Configure the rates as you would desire.
    * As long as the user is assigned an affiliate when the user makes a purchase the assigned affiliate will be credited.
