some shortcodes not working

Hi team,

Just a question? Am I using the shortcodes correctly? I just copy and paste in my page builder.. but why the details dont show?

YOu can look out this page for example. http://www.bild.com.ph/affiliate-area/

I have the shortcodes provided in the documentation.

Please advise. thanks

    Hi Lloyd,

    Which page builder plugin are you using?
    Some plugins don’t process shortcodes unless you place them in a special element/block. The best place would be to check the documentation of your page builder to find out how to use shortcodes.
