Some Affiliates certainly disappeared

Some of my affiliates suddenly disappeared, and I created a new account, re-adding their coupon but it says it already been assigned to another affiliate. However, they’re not showing up. Not sure what’s going on.

    Hi Khanh,

    Please visit your Dashboard and then go to Affiliates > Manage Affiliates.
    There try to adjust the filters to include Inoperative Affiliates, Pending Affiliates and Removed Affiliates.
    Please let me know if this fixes your issue.
