Show Transaction and Commission Amounts of Referral in Notification

How do I add the transaction and commission amounts for a referral in the email notification? This e-mail notification functionality is basically why I purchased the plugin. It should look something like the following:

Hi ,
A referral has been credited to you on .
Purchase Amount:
Your Commission:

Greetings,

    Hi,
    you can use [order_total] and [referral_amount] tokens.
