Shortcodes will not work

Hi there! I cannot get any of the shortcodes from AffiliatesPro to work on my website. I am using the Divi theme. Are these two incompatible? You can see the page I am trying to build here: https://simplefamilypreparedness.com/affiliate-area/ Thanks!

    Hi Misty,
    It seems to work correctly. If I expand the ‘Create Your Own Link’ tab, I can see the generator correctly. If you visit your affiliate-area with an user who is an affiliate, you should see the other shortcodes (custom links, the stats …)
