Shortcodes for affiliates not working properly

Unfortunately following short codes do not work as described here: https://www.itthinx.com/documentation/affiliates/setting-up-affiliate-resources/setting-up-an-affiliate-profile-page/.

1. the short code referral.rate for the affiliate referral rate does not work. The referral rate is not displayed although it has been set. Could you please explain why it does not work or give me the correct short code. At present we have set a global referral rate of 30% per referral sale.
2. Also, the short code paypal_email for the paypal E-Mail does not work (PayPal E-mail is not displayed in the Affiliate profile page)

    For this shortcode, everything displays except the referral rate they will receive

    [affiliates_affiliate_profile show_attributes="referral.rate,paypal_email" /]

    what could I look into to determine why this won’t display

      Hi,
      the shortcode seems ok. Please be sure you have added a referral.rate attribute to the affiliate (editing the affiliate in Manager Affiliates submenu).

    Does this mean that you have to manually add the Paypal Email attribute for each affiliate? I want every affiliate to have to enter their PayPal email, which may be different from the one they entered initially for their account. It seems like this should be a global setting option for affiliates.

      Hi,
      You can use for example: [affiliates_affiliate_profile show_attributes="paypal_email" edit_attributes="paypal_email" /] in your affiliates-area page. You can see more information in shortcodes documentation section.

    Hi,
    an example:
    [affiliates_affiliate_profile show_attributes="referral.rate,paypal_email" /]
    Be sure your affiliate has these attributes added. (in Affiliates->Manage Affiliates you can edit the affiliate and add attributes).
