Thanks for the reply with my query.
Actually this is the same problem I had before. I did try to replace my affiliate area with registration area and it works perfectly. Now I need to have a page to show a login form in which you have also a documentation in your page. However, I was quite confused because, registration form shortcodes seemed the same with the login form.
I thought of this as different codes.
can you shed light on me with this? thanks
lloyd

No worries Lloyd. 🙂
I visited your site, tried both register and login buttons and the forms seem to render properly.
If you are using a cache plugin, try to clean the cache in case you are seeing an older version of the page.
Cheers,
George
Hi George,
Sorry to ask help again.. I tried to use Page builder by siteorigin to customize my site.. I have problems with the affiliate registration shortcodes.. my homepage now displays a Register button and Login button.. The login button is working well.. however, the register button doesn’t show the personal details that i set in the affiliate registration settings like their first and last name and phone number..I only use the shortcode [affiliates_registration] in my register button.. please visit the site to have a look https://www.bild.com.ph/.. thanks..

You are welcome Lloyd 🙂
Well, normally it should be compatible. To be 100% positive, once you activate your theme, follow an affiliate link and check your browser cookies if the wp_affiliates cookie is stored.
Cheers,
George
Thanks George,
By the way, is the affiliate enterprise compatible if I use a wordpress theme built using bootstrap framework?
best,
Lloyd
Hi Lloyd,
Thanks for giving access to your site.
There was a typo in the last shortcode. I have also added some content to guide you.
For further info, don’t hesitate to ask here.
Cheers,
George
Hi Lloyd,
This seems odd.
If it’s possible, provide me a temp admin account to your site, in order to have a look at the page.
You can send your admin credentials to george at itthinx dot com.
Kind regards,
George
Hi.. here’s what’s displayed in the page after using the codes.

thanks,

Hi Lloyd,
If you need a page with only a login form, then you should use something like this:
[affiliates_is_not_affiliate]
Please log in to access the affiliate area.
[affiliates_login_redirect]
[/affiliates_is_not_affiliate]
[affiliates_is_affiliate]
This text is visible to affiliates who are logged in only.
[/affiliates_is_affiliate]
This block will display a login form for all guests. If an affiliate logs in, then the message This text is visible to affiliates who are logged in only. will be displayed.
Hope it helps.
Kind regards,
George
