—
by
Hi , I purchased the Affiliate products Plugin because Affiliate pro set a commision rate for all products. I want to make each product have a different commission but I want it to be the same for every affiliate. Do I just leave the affiliate blank?
Have I purchase the right product?

Hello,
The Affiliates Products plugin allows for automatic commissions on specific products to be granted for a certain affiliate, and with it the same affiliate can be assigned to more than one product(s) while each product can belong to only one affiliate. In case you’re further interested in the extension’s functionality, you can check its documentation page here ->http://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates-products/
If you have the Affiliates Pro already, you’d need to install the WooCommerce Integration for it and then you’ll be able to set individual commissions for each product by going to Affiliates > Rates > New Rate. There, from the Integration dropdown, you need to choose WooCommerce and that would allow you to choose a specific product(s) for the rate by entering the product’s name in the Object field.
Here’s the documentation page on that, it provides further detail on the setup, so you can make sure it’s suitable for your case -> http://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates-pro/rates/
Let me know if this works for you!
Cheers,
Denitsa
Hi Denitsa,
I think I bought the wrong plugin then. Is it possible to get a refund so I can get the woocommerce extension?
Regards
Shayne
Hey there, Shayne,
We’ve processed a refund for the Affiliates Products plugin 🙂
In order to use the WooCommerce Integration, you need to purchase the Affiliates Pro plugin (found here -> https://www.itthinx.com/shop/affiliates-pro/), as I don’t see it ordered on the account you’re posting from. Then, under Affiliates > Settings > Integrations you can choose to download the WooCommerce Integration.
The documentation on the extension is found here, should you feel you’d like to have a look -> http://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates-pro/setup/settings/integrations/woocommerce/
Cheers,
Denitsa
