Roll up affiliate request

I noticed that when an active referral member is getting paid and they cancel their membership with S2Member, the following month, the credit should go to the inactive member sponsor. It does not roll up and the sponsor is still getting only tier 2 payout. Example:

$100 a month membership
Tier 1 – 50% payout
Tier 2 – 10% payout

1) John
2) Mack
3) Katie

If Mack quits who use to get $50 a month for referring Katie, the $50 a month doesn’t go to John. Anyone of fixing this or tips to getting Katie coded (rolled up) to John directly?

    Hi César,

    You can reassign Katie directly to John under Affiliates > Manage Affiliates > Edit Katie and under Tiers you can set the Referrer manually.

    Note that this would get John up one level in Katie’s hierarchy but from what you’ve explained I assume that’s what you want to achieve.
